Instructions
Step 1
Open the page in your browser, for confirmation of actions, which requires entering the numbers from the picture. Please write them in the appropriate form, case sensitive. Pay special attention to the keyboard layout and the state of CapsLock and NumLock modes, as these are the most common input problems. If you have an incomplete version of the keyboard, where the number keys are located on the alphabetic ones, also check the input of the desired characters. If necessary, switch the mode by pressing the Fn + NumLock key combination. This usually applies to owners of laptop computers.
Step 2
If you cannot see the symbols in the picture, update it using the dedicated menu button. If it is not provided, just click once on the picture with the left mouse button. You can also try to refresh the page content using the corresponding button in the browser panel.
Step 3
If you still cannot parse the code written in the picture, check if the site menu has a function for another confirmation of the operation. Many of them work by playing certain words that you need to write on the check form. Some sites have dedicated buttons for entering a verification code that toggle the content-in-picture display mode for visually impaired people.
Step 4
If you simply do not have a picture with the code in the browser, check if their display is enabled in the settings. Try opening the page from a different browser, resetting your cache, or restarting your browser. If this does not help, most likely the confirmation form by entering the code from the picture is broken. In this case, you can contact the site administrator and report the problem.
