To register on the site www.icq.com you need to go to the page https://www.icq.com/register/ Then you have to fill in all the necessary information that is requested on the page

Next, you need to confirm your ICQ account. To do this, open your email and you will be able to see an email with the subject "Confirmation of your ICQ account". A link is attached to this letter, following which you will complete the registration in ICQ. You will see a page like this.

In order to find out your new UIN, you need to download the ICQ application of the same name by clicking on the Download ICQ link. Following all the instructions that will be in front of you during the installation, you will launch the ICQ application. In the upper right corner of the program window you will see your registration name, and by opening the "Menu" item, the "Login as" sub-item, you can see a nine-digit number next to your registration name, which will be your ICQ number, or UIN.
