The process of installing any flash application, for example, a watch, begins with entering the control panel. To do this, you need to open the main page of your site - in the top panel, select the "Design" tab - then select "Design Management (Templates)".

Then select the "Global Blocks" item - click on the "Add Block" button. In the line that appears, enter the name of the future block, for example, "flash-clock". Click the Add button. The new block will appear in the list of all blocks, and the name "$ FLASH-CLOCK $" will be highlighted in front of it.
