When installing programs in smartphones and communicators of Nokia, Samsung and other manufacturers running on Symbian platform, the device requires that the program be signed with a security certificate. Otherwise, the installation is aborted. To solve this problem, do the following:

Step 1
Order a certificate on one of the sites. This can be done on the page https://allnokia.ru/symb_cert/. Find out the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of your phone in advance by dialing * # 06 # on it. The resulting numbers (there should be fifteen) enter in the window on the site page. Do it again after 12 to 48 hours. If the certificate is ready, download the archive with the certificate from the link. The archive will contain two files: one with the.cer extension. This is your personal certificate. The second file has a.key extension. This is the key to the certificate. If the certificate is not ready, try again later, after a few hours
Step 2
Disable certificate checking on your smartphone. For example, for Nokia E51 this can be done in "menu-installed - application manager - features - settings".
Step 3
Sign the program with your certificate. To do this, download the SISSigner software. This program will give you the ability to sign any application for your smartphone. In the archive you will find the installation file and the cert folder with the mykey file. Install SISSigner on your computer. Copy the cert folder from the archive to the installed program folder. Then copy to the program folder your certificate, the key to the certificate and the smartphone application that you want to sign. Run the program (file SISSigner.exe). Specify the paths to the key, certificate and application in the program window. Enter the password for the key file (12345678). Click the "sign" button. The application is signed.
Step 4
Connect your smartphone to your PC using Nokia Ovi Suite and install the signed application on your phone.
