HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTDirectoryBackgroundShell is a registry key that stores information about the desktop context menu. It is written here which commands should be displayed in the context menu, and the correspondence of the commands to the programs launched on them is set. Knowing where and what changes need to be made, you can create your own teams.

Step 1
To add a command to the context menu, you need to create a subkey in the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTDirectoryBackgroundShell section. Let's see how to do this using the example of adding a command to the context menu that launches FastStone Image Viewer.
Create a FastStone subsection.
So that the menu does not display the command name, as it is specified in the registry, but some arbitrary text, for example, "View pictures". To do this, let's edit the "default" parameter of our new subsection, writing down a new value for it (View pictures).
Step 2
A subsection can contain nested subsections and string parameters. For example, Extended - its presence without a value means that the command will be displayed only when the Shift key is pressed. (for example, subsection HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTDirectoryBackgroundshellcmd. This parameter is written here, and therefore, while pressing and holding the Shift key, the command "Open command window" will appear in the context menu)
Now create a subkey command. Edit the default setting by typing the command to run when using the View Pictures context menu item. In our case, this is "c: Program Files (x86) FastStone Image ViewerFSViewer.exe"
Step 3
