Step 1
Before disabling the right mouse button, think about whether it will be convenient for you to enable and disable this function, because you probably do not want to work without a convenient context menu. In such cases, the best solution is to create a second user if you haven't already.
Step 2
Navigate to the User Accounts applet. Click the "Start" menu and click on the "Control Panel" item. In the window that opens, find the "User Accounts" icon and double-click on it with the left mouse button. In the applet window that opens, create a new account by clicking the "Create an account" link.

In the new window, enter the name of the new "account", for example, "Daughter", "Maxim", etc. Note that this name will appear in the Welcome window and in the Start Menu title. On the account type selection page, check the box next to "Restricted Recording" if your child needs to run only a few applications (without using a hard drive) or "Computer Administrator" if the child is old enough.

After clicking the "Create Account" button, you will find yourself on the main page of the applet, where you can change the settings for a new account, set a password, change the background image, etc. Click the Start menu, then the Log Out button. In the window that opens, click the "Change user" button.

Select a new entry on the welcome screen. After the session loads, press the Win + R keyboard shortcut and type regedit to open the Registry Editor. In the program window, you need to go to the registry branches that are on the left side.
