Step 1
All operating systems of the Windows family, starting from XP, allow writing data to CD-RW discs without the use of third-party programs. If the disc contains information, then first it must be erased. The procedure for uninstalling from a CD-RW is approximately the same in all Windows operating systems. Insert the media into the optical drive of your computer. Right-click on the optical drive icon and select "Erase this CD-RW" from the context menu. Complete the procedure with the help of the "wizard".
Step 2
Select the movie you want to record. First click on it with the right mouse button, then - on the drive. Select "Paste." The movie will then be added to the recording menu. Now you can burn it to disc. To do this, select "Burn information to disk" from the menu. On some versions of Windows, you can choose how the media will be used. Select the "With CD / DVD Player" option. Follow the wizard to complete the process of burning your movie to CD-RW.
Step 3
You can also use Nero Express for recording. Download it and install it on your computer. Run the program. First you need to do the disc erasing procedure. Click on the "More" button. After that select "Erase Disk", then - "Quick Erase Disk". Click Erase. Wait for the procedure to complete. Typically, this is only a few seconds.
Step 4
Then select "Data" in the program menu, then - "CD with data". In the next window, click on the "Add" button and specify the path to the movie. Select it with the left mouse click and at the bottom of the window click "Add", then - "Next". In the next window, you can assign a name to the disk and activate data verification after burning. After selecting the required parameters, press "Record" and wait for the procedure to complete.
