Instructions

Step 1

Download and install on your computer a free version of DAEMON Tools specialized application - DAEMON Tools Lite. Installation of this program will not cause difficulties for the most inexperienced user - you just need to agree to all the installer's suggestions and wait for the system to reboot. Find the new installed app icon with a lightning bolt in the tray. Note that the system then displays a new virtual disk.

Step 2

Open the menu of the installed DAEMON Tools Lite application by clicking the left mouse button and select the item "Drive 0: [0:] No Data". In the opened dialog box for selecting images, specify the desired one and confirm your choice by clicking the "Open" button. Please note that this action will change the DAEMON Tools Lite program menu - the name of the selected volume will appear in the "Drive 0: …" line.

Step 3

Call the main system menu by clicking the "Start" button and go to the "All Programs" item. Expand the Accessories link and launch the Windows Explorer application. Navigate to the folder with the desired drive and open it. Further ways of working with the image are absolutely identical to the standard ones - files can be viewed, launched, moved or deleted.

Step 4

Please note that when installing a program consisting of several volumes, you must first mount the first image in the emulator and run the program installer. This action will start the installation process, but at some point the installation will be interrupted and you will be prompted to insert the next disc. You will need to repeat all the above steps and connect the required image. Confirm the selected action by clicking OK and wait until the volume mount process is complete.
