"Toolbar", which is also called otherwise - "Quick Launch" is a small bar of buttons that is located at the very bottom of your computer screen and remains visible at all times, no matter what program you are working in.
Instructions
Step 1
Initially, in a clean, freshly installed Windows operating system, the Quick Launch is missing. However, creating it is quite simple. Place your cursor anywhere on the taskbar located at the bottom of your computer monitor. Click on it once with the right mouse button. The context menu has opened in front of you. Hover the cursor over the line "Toolbars" - another menu appears, in which you need to select the "Quick Launch" line and activate it by putting a "checkmark" in front of it. Done!
Step 2
The second option for creating the Quick Launch is also quite simple. To do this, you need to left-click on the "Start" button located in the lower left corner of your computer monitor. After that, select the "Control Panel" section in the menu that opens by clicking on it with the left mouse button once. A window will open in which you select the item "Taskbar and Start Menu" by clicking on it with the left mouse button twice. Here is a window called "Properties of the taskbar" and the "Start" menu. Select the "Taskbar" tab in the window that opens by clicking on it with the left button. Then put a “check mark” in the box in front of the line “Display Quick Launch Toolbar”. Quick Launch panel activated!
Step 3
You just have to add the necessary icons and shortcuts to it for convenient work. You can add icons from anywhere - from the desktop, from the Explorer folder, or from the Start menu. The algorithm of actions is the same in all cases: point the cursor to the icon you need, press the left mouse button and drag the icon onto the panel without releasing it. When the icon is in the right place, and you release the mouse button, the context menu of the icon will open in front of you. Select the item "Copy", and the newly created button will wink at you from the panel.
