Step 1

Press the "Start" button to bring up the main menu of the system and go to the "Start Menu" item.

Call the application context menu by clicking the right mouse button.

An alternative method is to right-click on an empty space in the taskbar area to launch the service menu.

Step 3

Go to Properties and apply the checkbox to Show Quick Launch Toolbar.

Step 4

Right-click on an empty space in the taskbar area to call the service menu and uncheck the "Dock taskbar" box to perform the operation of expanding the quick launch panel.

Step 5

Drag the rightmost divider that appears on the Quick Launch to the right until the display size of all selected shortcuts is the desired size.

Right-click on an empty space in the taskbar area to open the context menu and restore the checkbox to the "Dock taskbar" field.

Step 7

Add a shortcut of the selected program to the Quick Launch panel by dragging and dropping the desired shortcut to the panel area.

An alternative way to perform this operation is to return to the main menu "Start" and call the context menu of the selected program by right-clicking on its field. Specify the Add to Quick Launch command and click Yes to apply the selected changes.
