The Quick Launch is one of the four building blocks of the Windows taskbar. The taskbar also includes a Start button, a middle section that displays open applications and documents, and a notification area. The quick launch bar allows you to open the most frequently used programs with one click of the mouse.
Instructions
Step 1
Click the "Start" button located at the bottom left of the computer monitor screen to display the main menu of the system.
Step 2
Select Customize to change the options for displaying the Quick Launch bar.
Step 3
Specify "Taskbar and Start Menu" in the application service menu.
Step 4
Open the Taskbar tab in the new Taskbar and Start Menu Properties window.
Step 5
Uncheck the box next to Show Quick Launch Toolbar.
Step 6
Confirm the application of the changes by clicking the OK button. To edit items on the Quick Launch, follow these steps.
Step 7
Call the service menu by right-clicking on one of the application icons located in the quick launch bar.

Specify the "Properties" item in the drop-down menu.

Select the "General" tab in the window that opens.
Step 10
Copy the line "Placement".
Step 11
Open Windows Explorer and paste the copied line into the address field.
Step 12
Press the Enter soft key to navigate to the folder containing all the Quick Launch shortcuts.

Add the shortcuts you need and remove the ones you don't need to instantly display the selected app icons in the Quick Access Toolbar.

Confirm your choice with the OK button.

Drag and drop the icons of the required programs to the Quick Access Toolbar to add the selected shortcuts to the applications.

Select the desired program icon on the quick access panel and call its service menu with the right mouse click to remove the shortcut.

Select the "Delete" command and confirm your choice with the OK button.

Click the Minimize All Windows button to temporarily stop displaying open windows.

Click the Minimize All Windows button again to restore the display of open windows.
