Instructions
Step 1
Uploading a file to a file-sharing service. Let's start from the very beginning. To upload a document to a file hosting service, you need to choose a profile resource that suits you. There are a lot of selection criteria: some services may charge a fee for placing a file, some, on the contrary, pay the user to download the posted document. One way or another, it's up to you to choose. After you decide on the file hosting service, upload your file to it. Use the service interface to upload documents.
Step 2
Getting a link to a file. After you upload the document to the file hosting service, do not rush to close the browser page. Immediately after downloading, you will be provided with two links: one link will lead to the file (which you actually need), the other link will allow you to administer the uploaded document (we will talk about this later). Usually, an explanation is written in front of each link, you just have to choose the link you want for yourself. Also keep the admin link.
Step 3
If the uploaded file has already been downloaded by the user to whom it was intended, or you no longer want to keep the document on a remote server, you can delete it. This is why you need a link to administer the document. Follow this link and delete the previously uploaded file using the appropriate interface of the service. A file can also be deleted automatically if it has not been downloaded for a certain time (some services delete files 10 calendar days after the last download, some take up to 30 days for this).
