The operating systems of each computer have a system to protect important files and folders from changes. It can cause quite serious inconvenience when working with the operating system. For example, you cannot delete, change files, or rename. To cope with this problem, you need to remove protection from folders and OS files.

Step 1
First you need to disable UAP (LUA). If you do not want to disable this feature in your profile, go to “Administrator”, there UAP is disabled.
Step 2
The easiest way is to remove protection from the entire drive. To do this, go to “My Computer”.

Right click on the system partition, select “Properties”.
Step 4
Go to the “Security” section. All checkboxes that change access are inactive.
Step 5
Click the “Advanced” button.
Step 6
Then go to the "Owner" section.
Step 7
Select your user and check the box next to “Replace owner on subcontainers and objects”. Click “OK”.
Step 8
Next, you will start scanning all files on the system disk.

This may take a little while. During this period, the OS will not respond to commands. Don't worry and wait until the operation is over.
Step 10
Close disk properties, and open them again.
Step 11
Checkboxes must be active. For full access to files and folders, check the “Full Control” checkbox.
Step 12
After this procedure, you will have access to edit the protection of different files. To change or delete a file, go to the file properties.
Step 13
Go to the “Security” section. Check the box next to “Full Control”.
Step 14
You can also grant access to files to all users of this PC. In the “Security” section, click the “Add” button.

Then type “Everyone” in the window. Allow “Everyone” item full control.
