Step 1
There is an excellent method for quickly installing an operating system on multiple identical computers. It is imperative that these PCs have the same hardware. If certain devices, such as sound cards, do not match, you will have to devote a little more time to individual computers. First, install the operating system on any PC.
Step 2
Perform this procedure in the usual way, regardless of the version of the operating system. Complete Windows setup. Update drivers for specific devices. Install programs and applications.
Step 3
When you get a stable copy of Windows, containing all the necessary add-ons and programs, create a backup copy of it. To do this, write the DOS version of Acronis True Image to a disk drive. Run this app.
Step 4
Right-click on the system partition of the hard drive and select "Create Image". Specify the path to save this archive. It is best to use an external hard drive. This will facilitate further work with the files.
Step 5
If you don't have an external HDD, create a new partition on your internal hard drive. Save the system disk image there. Shut down the computer after completing the above procedures.
Step 6
Connect the hard drive containing the image files to the second computer. Run Acronis True Image from the DVD. Go to the "System Image Restore" menu. Select the newly created archive. The process of copying files will take 10-20 minutes.
Step 7
Install Windows on other computers in the same way. Update the drivers for the required devices if the configurations of some computers differ. As a result, in a short time you will receive the required number of PCs on which a configured working operating system will be present.
