An *.iso file is a disk image that can be opened using special programs. This file is a complete copy of the structure and contents of the disk. Initially, images were created to copy discs. How do you create one if necessary?

Instructions
Step 1
Create an image in *.iso format using the Deamon tools program. Download the program from the official website of the program manufacturer, to do this, open a browser, insert the following text into the address bar: https://www.daemon-tools.cc/rus/products/dtLite. Wait for the download to complete, install the program. Next, restart your computer for the changes to take effect
Step 2
Run the Deamon tools program to create a *.iso disk image. Right-click on the program icon located in the system tray (in the lower right part of the screen). Select the "Create Image" command from the menu, in the dialog box that opens, select the drive that will be used to create the image.
Step 3
Next, insert the disc you want to image into the drive. Select the read speed of the disk, and also determine the location for saving the future image. Enter the name of the image, select the required extension (file format). In our case, you need to select the extension *.iso, then click the "Start" button, wait until the process of creating a disk image is completed.
Step 4
Download and install the UltraISO PE 9.3.6 Build 2750 program on your computer. To do this, go to the official website of the program manufacturer https://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/, click the Free trial button, wait for the download to complete, install the program on your computer
Step 5
Run the program, select the command "Tools" - "Create image" or press the F8 key, select the source disk to create the image, as well as the location to save the image. In the "Output format" field, check the box opposite the "Standard iso" value, click the "Make" button to create a *.iso disk image, wait for the process to complete.
Step 6
Create a disk image using similar programs, for example, ImgBurn, Poweriso, Alcohol 120%. The order of creating a disk image in these programs will be the same, only the names of commands and buttons may differ slightly.
