Currently, there are special applications that allow you to control other devices through remote access via the Internet. You can even lock another computer if you want.
Instructions
Step 1
Install on your computer one of the programs for controlling other devices via remote access. The most famous and easy to learn are TeamViewer and RMS Agent. If you need the blocking function, the second option will be preferable, as it allows you to accomplish what you want faster and more reliably.
Step 2
To gain remote access to another computer, the corresponding program must also be installed on it. You must sign in to the app on both devices (not necessarily at the same time). Go through the quick registration procedure and receive a personal identification number and password for each computer. For a quick and non-intrusive launch of the program on another computer, activate its automatic launch together with the operating system and log in using the ID number and password entered in advance.
Step 3
Establish a connection to the remote computer using the app on your device. You will see an administrative access menu with several sections. Go to the "Screen Lock Editor" section. With this function, you can block the input devices on the remote computer - keyboard and mouse for a certain period of time. This way you can operate the device without the intervention of another user.
Step 4
Specify the time for blocking the computer, as well as the text that the user will see on his screen. By default, it looks like: “The computer is locked! Wait … minutes. You can specify the location of the lettering, a specific size and type of font. There is also a pre-test function so you can see what another user will observe on their computer. Click OK for the changes to take effect.
