Now try doing the same thing with useful keyboard shortcuts. Hold down the keys alt="Image" + "F" + "O" (to open the file) or alt="Image" + "F" + "A" (to create a new file). If you did everything correctly, then you got the same actions, but a little faster, thanks to the functional keyboard shortcuts. If you remember all the keyboard shortcuts, then you can easily and quickly work with documents. The hint is the underlined letters in the menu bars when you press the Alt key.

In order to change or assign a keyboard shortcut, you need to do the following: - click the "Service" menu - select the "Settings" item;
- in the "Settings" window that opens, click the "Commands" button;
- press the "Keyboard" button;
- select the required value from the "Category" and "Command" fields;
- enter your value in the "New shortcut keys" field;
- click the "Close" button to save the results of editing the settings.
