Step 1
Open a file from the database under the name 1ssystem.dbf, for example, in Excel. Clear the value in the DBSIGN field and then save. Thus, the base from the peripheral will turn into an ordinary one, and it can again be made central, but the peripheral will have to be unloaded again.
Step 2
Change the peripheral datum values to the center datum values accordingly. There is a DBSTATUS field in the _1SDBSET table, which can take on the following values: P - Central, M - Current, N - Peripheral (not initiated), C - Peripheral. Change the values - and the base changes to the central one.
Step 3
Go to the "Exchange plans" item and select "Install main node" there. There were such situations that during the operation an error of blocking the information database popped up. It is quite possible that the infobase in this case is busy processing another task. In this case, exclude all users from the database, or exit the configurator.
Step 4
If you want to make a regular database from a distributed one, delete the files 1SUPDTS. DBF, 1SDWNLDS. DBF, 1SDBSET. DBF and the *. CDX files that correspond to them. A file named 1SSYSTEM. DBF is also subject to deletion. By and large, you just need to delete 1SSYSTEM. DBF.

After you have deleted the specified files, restore the point of relevance. To do this, you will need to run the program in exclusive mode of operation. This technique is nowhere undocumented, but oddly enough, it actually works. Sometimes for the purity of the experiment, just in case, you should erase all dbf files (this will be more reliable).

Delete files 1SDBSET. DBF and 1SDBSET. CDX. All distribution information is stored in the 1SDBSET. DBF file. After you have deleted the files, you will need to recreate the peripheral images. Likewise, you can change the base IDs in 1SDBSET. DBF.
