The Escape from room series, created as a self-advertisement by a Japanese designer back in 2004, has gained serious popularity on the Internet. Dozens of games of a similar concept have emerged as a whole room escape genre. However, despite the uniqueness of each game, the passage of each of them can be reduced to a simple algorithm.

Step 1

Run around the location. Look around the room and find all the objects that you can interact with: lockers, curtains, doorknobs, and the like. Surely during the search you will get several objects to your inventory. If they immediately find an obvious application, use them, but do not rush to delve into the question if not everything works out yet.

Step 2

Examine the room more thoroughly. In this step, your goal is to find hidden objects. Carefully "click" all potentially useful places, in particular - the space under furniture, all kinds of cracks and edges of the screen. Try to use moving objects several times in a row. Often after 5-6 repetitions, they break, leaving behind something useful. Remember that if you do not find all the items you need, you will not be able to complete the game.

Step 3

Start solving puzzles. The main question is what to apply to what. If logic does not help, then do not hesitate to use the usual enumeration "everything to everything", as a rule, it helps. At this point, you should have the maximum number of items found. Problem solving will add something new to your inventory, expanding your possibilities.

Step 4

The Crimson Room is an ideal example of this algorithm. According to the first step here, you hastily check the location and find a ring (in a vase), discs and a note (in open drawers of the chest of drawers) and a small key behind the curtain. Obviously, the key can be applied to the chest of drawers to get the red box out of there. Moving on to a closer look at the room, you can find a small cassette (under the dresser), a second key (under the pillow), a small piece of metal (between the mattress and the headboard), a battery (by facing the wall and pressing the floor in the bed area), and a second ring (pulling the curtain several times). Further, when all the items are collected, you can use them: two rings, a wand, a battery and a cassette on the red box in the inventory, the second key found on the chest of drawers. In the box, you will take a wire that can be used to connect the player. Remove the key from the drive. Apply the box to the wall, click on the highlighted area. Insert the key into the lock and follow the URL indicated on the note found at the very beginning - you will find out the password, which changes periodically. After that, you can get out of the room.
