There are times when we accidentally delete the necessary information or format the wrong disk or flash drive. There are ways to recover the data you need that you can use.
Necessary
- - computer with Internet access;
- - program for data recovery.
Instructions
Step 1
Download the installation file for Recover My Files 4.9.2.1240. The program has the function of recovering data from a flash drive, from local disks after formatting. Run the installation file. Follow all instructions of the program, then run the program to recover files deleted from storage media. In the program window there will be two options "Recover files" and "Recover disk".
Step 2
Select the disk recovery option and click Next. The next window will display a list of disks on your computer, both local and removable. Select the required disk, for example a memory card, click the "Next" button. In the next window, you can choose either automatic recovery of data from a USB flash drive, or recovery of files of a certain format. If, for example, there were only documents in.doc format on the USB flash drive, and they are the ones you want to recover, select the second option. If there are many files and they are all in different formats, select the first option. Then click "Start". Or "Next" and select the desired file type.
Step 3
Wait for the scanning process to complete. At the top of the program window, a status bar is displayed, to the right of it is the "Cancel" button. Select the disk recovery option and click Next. The next window will display a list of disks on your computer, both local and removable. Select the required disk, for example a USB flash drive, click the "Next" button.
