Step 1
Start Word, create a new document. On the first page of the program, it is necessary to draw up a title page, which must contain the following mandatory elements: the name of the ministry, then on the next line the name of the school. It is also necessary to have a stamp of agreement with the deputy director and approval by the director of the school.
Step 2
Next, in the center, enter the name of the document "Work program …", the name of the discipline for which you want to draw up the curriculum, as well as the class for which it is intended. Below is the name and category of the teacher / teacher who completed this program.
Step 3
On the next line, in the center, enter the year the work program was drawn up. Please note that the program is drawn up for five years, and every year it needs to be revised and, if necessary, changed and re-approved. Add a page break so that the next text is printed from a new sheet by choosing the menu "Insert" - "Page Break", or press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Enter.
Step 4
Further, in order to draw up a work program for a subject in accordance with state requirements, fill out an explanatory note. In it, you need to state the purpose of teaching the discipline, the main components of the subject, the forms of knowledge control.
Step 5
Execute the command "Table" - "Add table" to arrange the content of the discipline. The table should be with the following columns: number, title of sections and topics, total hours, then "Including on" and break it down into 3 columns (lessons, test papers, tests), the approximate number of hours for independent work.
Step 6
Fill out the table, enter the sections first, each - the topics included in it. For each topic, indicate the number of hours devoted to it. Also, to draw up a work program, it is necessary after each section to indicate the form of control, usually testing. In the last line of the table, add up the hours entered; they must correspond to the school's curriculum.
Step 7
Format the work program. Use Times New Roman font, size 12. Line spacing is single. Hyphenation is not allowed in the text. Paragraph indentation should be 1.25 cm, margins - 2 cm. For all text, use justification to the width, for table text - to the left, for headings, set alignment to the center. Number all sheets of the program, except for the title page, sign and approve by the management, put the school's stamp on the title page.
