Step 1

Create a printable work program using the tools in the Microsoft Office suite of software.

Step 2

Think over a clear structure of the work program. Make a cover page of the work program in accordance with the requirements of the administration of your educational institution. Usually, the title page indicates: the subject for which the work program was drawn up; the class for which it was compiled; academic year; surname, name and patronymic of the teacher who made the program.

Step 3

Write an explanatory note to the work program, in which it is necessary to indicate the number of hours allotted for the study of the subject, the goals and objectives of this academic subject, the skills and abilities that students should possess after completing this course. Distribute the number of hours devoted to the subject for the entire academic year by topic.

Step 4

Make a table with graphs:

• topic;

• terms of studying the topic;

• the number of hours devoted to the study of the topic;

• content of the topic, basic concepts;

• skills and abilities that students should acquire in the course of mastering the topic;

• methods and means of teaching used in the classroom;

• methods of control of students' knowledge;

• notes.

Complete the table in accordance with the curriculum and curriculum standards defining the content of education.

Step 5

Develop a “bank of test materials” that you will use throughout the school year to monitor student knowledge. These include: control, independent, test work; materials for tests and practical work.

Step 6

Make general indicative criteria for evaluating students' oral and written responses. Draw them up on a separate sheet of your work program.

Step 7

Indicate the list of educational and methodological literature that you used when drawing up your work program. Draw up the list of references in accordance with the generally accepted standards for the design of such lists.
