Many users sometimes need to "show" someone a screenshot of their screen. This can be done in just a few simple steps.
Instructions
Step 1
Preparing the desktop. If you want to hide any files or programs on the desktop from the recipient, move them to a separate folder.
Step 2
Press the PrintScreen (PrtSc) key on the keyboard. Usually the button is located somewhere in the upper right corner, to the right of the F12 button, above the arrows. After clicking, the screenshot will be saved to the temporary memory of the computer.
Step 3
Open any graphics editor (Paint, Photoshop, etc.). Paint is installed on any computer, you can find it by going to "Start" - "Programs" (or "All Programs") - "Standard" - "Paint". You can also click "Start" - "Run" - type "mspaint" - click "OK".
Step 4
Paste the screenshot into the program. This can be done by pressing Ctrl + V, or by choosing the "Edit" - "Paste" menu. Now you can add some captions or pointers to your shot.
Step 5
Save the final image. Click "File" - "Save As" and save the file to your desktop. Ready! Now you can send the image to E-mail or save it on your computer.
