The network media player Asus O! Play, which supports high-definition video playback, has recently appeared on the market, so there are not many firmware programs for it at the moment.

Instructions
Step 1
Download the firmware program from the official Asus website. It is best, of course, to choose the latest version of it. Please note that flashing is best done when it is really required, for example, when you notice any malfunction or glitch in the device's software.
Step 2
Before downloading, familiarize yourself with the capabilities provided by this or that firmware version, for example, when using version 1.12P, the menu should display a weather forecast, online radio, viewing pictures from accounts of various Internet resources, online videos, and so on.
Step 3
Unzip the downloaded data and copy the install file to a removable USB drive. Connect the flash drive to Asus O! Play and select the "update" option in its settings. Wait while the device scans your drive and finds the installation file.
Step 4
Please note that it is best to write the file to a blank drive, it is best to format it beforehand. Be sure to check the file and the USB flash drive for viruses, only then copy it. If the drive's memory contains extraneous files and folders, the system may incorrectly recognize them, and this will not speed up the process of automatically searching for the installer.
Step 5
After detecting the installer of the new firmware version, the system will perform the installation on its own, wait until the end of this operation. If the flash drive is not recognized, try formatting it again through your computer and copy the installer to it again. Usually, the firmware installation should take no more than 5 minutes, after which the Asus O! Play will automatically reboot. After turning it on, check if the previous errors in its operation have been fixed and if there are new functions that were described on the download page of the program.
