Instructions

Step 1

When creating a "fresh" infobase in this way, all changes made to the working configuration will be taken into account. Create a new folder anywhere where the created database will be stored.

Step 2

Start the 1C program. Click on the "Add" button in the "Start 1C: Enterprise" window. After that, the "Registration of infobase" window will appear. Enter its name in the appropriate field. In the "Path" field, specify the path to the previously created folder. To do this, click the button with the ellipsis at the end of the field. In the window that opens, select the folder for storing the database and click on the "Select" value.

Step 3

Confirm the actions by clicking the OK button in the Infobase Registration window. After the added base is displayed in the list in the "IB Start" window, click on the name with the left mouse button. In the drop-down list, select "In mode" and "Configurator". Then - "OK".

Step 4

Select “CDX files; DBF”and confirm with“OK”. Then click the "Configuration" and "Load Configuration" menu. Specify the location of the previous database of the configuration file in the "Open configuration file" window.

Step 5

If a message appears that the selected file is not derived from this file, and that data loss is possible during restructuring, answer the "Continue" question by clicking "Yes".

Step 6

Select the "Service" menu item. Then - "1C: Enterprise" or click on the F11 key. A plate will appear asking if you want to save the changes, select "Yes". When a window pops up stating that the analysis of the changes made and the database reorganization will now be performed, as well as a question about the possibility of continuing the process, click "Yes".

Step 7

When the information reorganization window appears listing the changes in the information structure, click “Accept”. After receiving the notification about the end of the reorganization, click "OK".
