Having a lot of files copied or downloaded from the Internet on our computer, we often confuse them and delete them, mistaking them for unnecessary information. What to do if they urgently need to be returned to use?

Instructions

Step 1

By pressing the "Delete" button in the context menu of a certain file, we do not erase it from the computer's memory, but send it to a special folder for unnecessary information - "Trash". As a rule, the "Recycle Bin" is configured so that it can store moved files and folders for a long time. To restore the necessary information, open the "Trash" (it is located on the "Desktop" of your computer) and find the required file in its contents. Select it by clicking on the shortcut with the left mouse button. Call the context menu with the right button and select the "Restore" column in the field of its functions. At this moment, the required file will disappear from the "Recycle Bin" and will appear in the place of the computer from which it was deleted.

Step 2

You can recover all files from the "Recycle Bin" by clicking on the "Recover all files" button. It's on the right side of the open folder menu.

Step 3

In order not to look for the desired file in the folder where you restored it, just drag the file shortcut from the "Recycle Bin" to the working area of the screen.

Step 4

Recover files deleted from the "Recycle Bin" will help special programs: Magic Uneraser, Recover My Files, FileRecovery and their analogues. Download the required program from the installation disc or download from the Internet. Install the program following the prompts from the system. Do not change the program settings. Open the installed program and in the search area select the system drive from which the necessary information was deleted. The program will find all deleted files and display them on its workspace. Select the required file and click "Recover". After a while (depending on the size of the file), you will have access to the information, which will be restored to the folder from which it was deleted.

Step 5

To recover information after formatting a flash card, give the program the "Deep Analysis" command. It may take a long time to find deleted files, but you will still have access to the information you need. However, be careful: the more you formatted the flash drive, the less likely it is to get back the disappeared files.
