Step 1
If the problem with writing files occurs only when the user is using a computer with a limited account, change this setting by logging into the operating system after rebooting with an account with Administrator rights. After that, change the account settings so that the function of copying information to removable drives is available for an account with a disability.

Apply the changes and then close all windows by clicking the OK button. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect, and then log into the operating system under a limited account to perform a test copy of files to a removable disk.

In cases where the flash drive is write-protected, check the location of the special switch on its side, it must be set to the Unlocked position. This usually applies to removable drives used in phones, cameras, iPods, and so on, for example, in SD or MicroSD memory cards.

Also pay attention to the position of the switch in the card reader if you use it as an adapter for connecting a device, this mainly refers to adapters for MicroSD, which are in the form of a regular SD card.

If the flash card is password protected, unlock it in the device in which it was locked, otherwise, files will most likely not be written to it. If the recording on it is limited for other reasons that you do not know, format it. It is best to do this not using standard Windows tools, but to download and install on your computer utilities specially developed by the manufacturer of the drive to format and fix disk errors.
