Video cards get hot - everyone who is even a little interested in how a computer works knows about this. But video adapters are heated in different ways, each of them has a certain operating temperature, exceeding which is not recommended. In addition, the temperature of the video card can fluctuate depending on the type of load - and when watching a movie, it will be one, and while playing a 3D shooter, it will be different.

Instructions
Step 1
Download the AIDA64 Extreme Edition installation package. A thirty-day trial version of the test program is available for free download, which has no functional limitations. You can decide later whether to buy the full version.
Step 2
Install the program. The installation process is extremely simple, you just need to select a language, agree to the terms of the license agreement and click the "next" button several times. Run the program. If you just installed it, the program will start automatically.
Step 3
In the "Tools" tab, select "System stability test". A window with two status graphs will appear. For the top graph, select the "Temperatures" display mode (one of the tabs in the line above the graph). With standard settings, the temperature of the video card is not displayed.
Step 4
To add the temperature of the video card to the graph, click on the "Preferences" button in the lower right corner of the window. The window for selecting sensors will be displayed, the temperature from which will be displayed on the graph. In the blank lines, select all GPU Diode sensors. There are several of them, and they show the temperature of different blocks of the video card. Close the selection window. From this moment on, the graph will add multi-colored lines of temperatures of the video card blocks. Which of them belongs to which block is written in the top line of the chart field. In this case, the temperature is displayed all the time while the window is running. If you want to measure the temperature in the game, just start it without closing the graph windows.
