Prt Scr button on your computer
Prt sc - from English. Print Screen - print the screen. The button is in the topmost row of the keyboard. Immediately after clicking this button, the current image on the computer monitor is saved to the clipboard. To work with it, you need to paste it (Ctrl + C) into a Word document or into a graphics editor such as Paint.net.
The main disadvantages of this method are that it requires additional actions in order to see the resulting image, in addition, you can only take a snapshot of the visible area of the screen.
Step 2
Scissors program
Included in the standard Windows software package. Runs from the Start menu. Allows you to take free-form screen shots. After the picture is taken, it is immediately loaded into the "Scissors" window, where the user can select some objects with a marker. Then the image can be copied to the clipboard or saved in one of the formats: jpg, gif, png, html.
Disadvantage - it works only with the visible area of the screen.

The program is installed as a browser application. There are versions for almost all known browsers.
The free version of the program allows you to take screenshots of both the visible area of the screen and the entire page - this is its main plus. The Pro version is paid, it has an extended list of settings, such as saving the page in pfd format, loading previously taken screenshots, and several others.

Free. Allows you to take a screenshot of any area of the visible part of the screen. It is possible to edit the copied area. Allows you to share the screenshot on social networks. There is also the possibility of collective work with a screenshot - this is its main feature. Registration is required to work with the program.
