Today there are two ways, using which you can set the most optimal resolution for the monitor screen. The first method is the responsibility of the video card client interface. The second method involves adjusting the desktop resolution through the display properties. Each of the methods is quite simple to perform and does not require any special computer skills from the user. You should talk about each option in more detail.

The first method is to reduce the screen size using the graphics card agent interface. You should immediately draw the user's attention to the moment that a set of drivers necessary for a video card must already be installed on the computer. Otherwise, the device agent will not be available. If you have all the drivers installed, you can start working with the graphics card agent by launching it from the system tray.

Hover your mouse over the graphics card icon. This icon is located in the system tray and is usually displayed as the logo of the device manufacturer. Click on this icon with the right mouse button. In the command bar that appears, select the Screen Resolution option. Now you need to set the maximum possible resolution - the higher this parameter, the smaller the size of the graphic elements displayed on the desktop.

Change resolution through screen properties. This method is suitable for you in that situation if you cannot find the graphics card agent in the system tray. To call up the display properties, right-click on the desktop. You need to click on an empty area. A form will open in which you need to set the "Properties" command. A window with several tabs will become available to you. To zoom out on the screen, open the Options tab and set the resolution slider to the maximum position. Save your changes.
