Many modern computer users have the problem of exchanging files between various devices, for example, a laptop and an iPad.
Instructions
Step 1
If you own a laptop or Mac desktop, you can download Word files to iPad using the iTunes media player. The iTunes Home Sharing function via wi-fi provides access to a single file storage for Apple mobile devices: Mac laptops, iPod media players, iPhones and iPads. This method of data transfer not only gives access to documents on different devices, but also makes it easy to synchronize the files with which you work.
Step 2
Take advantage of online data stores. Most of these resources allow you to store several GB of information on a remote server for free. Register with Dropbox, Filestream, SkyDrive, Yandex. Disk or any other storage. Copy the Word file to the vault. Open the home page of the selected resource in the iPad browser, enter the password and open the folder with your files. You can now download the Word document to your tablet. For the convenience of using such resources, you can download and install online storage client programs on the iPad.
Step 3
Send yourself an email with a text file attached. The letter can be sent from one address to another, or you can simply save a draft with a Word file. On iPad, go to your inbox and download the attached document. If you just want to read the document, use the "View" email function. Unfortunately, you cannot make any edits to a document opened in this way.
Step 4
On iPad, Word documents can be viewed with goodreader, phonedrive, iFile, iFiles. You can edit the contents of Word files and save them in the same format, for example, using the free text editor Documents 2.
