Step 1
The first method is to transfer files from a personal computer to an Android device using a USB cable or a card reader if the information is stored on microSD flash cards. In order to transfer files using a USB cable, you need to connect the device to the computer, select the function "use as a memory card" on the tablet or phone (otherwise, the device will perceive the PC as a network for recharging the battery, and will not show itself as a connected device). Next, you need to copy the files on your computer and paste them into the required folder in the memory of your Android device. If your device uses an optional microSD card, you can remove it from the slot, insert it into the card reader, and connect to your computer. Next, you need to copy the files you need and paste on the USB flash drive.
Step 2
The second simple way to transfer data from a computer to an Android device in the absence of wireless Internet is to transfer files via Bluetooth. This method is inconvenient for transferring a large number of files, since each file must be selected and sent separately. In addition, the transmission speed when using Bluetooth is much lower than in all other cases. To transfer files, you must turn on the Bluetooth function on your PC and on your tablet or phone, then right-click on the file and click “Send via Bluetooth”.

The third transmission method works when both devices have Wi-Fi enabled. The easiest way is to unite devices into a single network and transfer files from PC to Android device. If you cannot connect the devices to a network, you can also download the Airdroid application to your tablet and control the copying of files through your computer's browser.
Step 4
The fourth method works when the Internet is on on an Android device. By downloading applications that sync with cloud storage (for example, Dropbox), you can transfer files to your tablet or phone from any computer with an Internet connection, anywhere in the world. Files are uploaded to a server on the Internet, from where you can send a link for viewing and downloading. The volume of files is limited only by the rate of payment for cloud storage (there are free and paid versions). Such files are saved in the system folders "pictures", "music" and "video". From there, they can be sorted into user-friendly folders. You can also upload files to the server from a mobile device and transfer them to any computer.
