Step 1
To get started with the image in which you need to remove the background, load it into Photoshop by clicking File - Open.

Create a new image with a transparent layer. To do this, click File - New and in the dialog box set the dimensions of the new image the same as the photo in which you want to remove the background. In the Background Contents section, set the value to Transparent.
Step 3
Take the Move Tool, and, hooking your photo with it, move it to the created image with a transparent background. You will have a picture with a transparent background, now enlarge the image to work with it comfortably. If the object has straight edges, take the Polygonal Lasso Tool and select the desired area. If the contour of the object has broken lines, it is best to use the Magnetic Lasso tool for selection.

Click Edit - Clear to remove the selection, revealing a transparent background.
