When working with documents, different situations can arise. Sometimes it is necessary to remove an erroneously placed company seal from the letterhead. It is easier, of course, to print the document again and put the desired stamp. But if it was not saved electronically, you shouldn't worry either. There are several ways to remove printing from a document.

Instructions
Step 1
The easiest way to remove a seal that is free from the text is. Cover the print area with a blank sheet of paper and photocopy the document. If the quality of the copies of your copying equipment is poor, then you can go the other way.
Step 2
Scan the document you need, save it as an image. Start the graphics editor. Use the Eraser tool, contrast and brightness settings to bring the document to the look you want: erase the print, remove noise, adjust the sharpness, and so on.
Step 3
If the seal goes to the text (or signature), then the photocopying method can become a little more sophisticated. Remove a copy from the document, closing, as in the first step, the area in which the print is located. Start a text editor, enter the text that was deleted along with the seal when making a copy from the original. Adjust the position of the text on the page so that it appears in the correct place when printed. Put a photocopy of the document taken earlier in the printer and print the missing text on it.
Step 4
The same principle can be applied to a scanned document. If the graphics editor has the desired font, use the available tools to delete the seal and the text that this seal goes to. Create a new layer and enter the missing text, choosing the font style and size so that it matches the style and font size of the original document. Place the entered text in the right place, merge the layers, print the document.
Step 5
In the event that for some reason you cannot enter the missing text, there is only one thing left: to achieve the desired result in a graphic editor. Select the Eraser tool or Brush tool and select a paint color that matches the color of the page. Carefully remove the seal, keeping the outline of the letters of the text. Enlarge the image as much as possible for greater accuracy. You can achieve the best result if you do not use a mouse, but connect a tablet to your computer.
