Step 1
The option "Control the mouse cursor from the keyboard" can be activated in the "Control Panel" applet, which is launched through the "Start" menu. In the window that opens, go to the "Ease of Access Center" item and click on the link "Make it easier to work with the keyboard."

Then click the "Customize pointer control" item and in the window that opens, check the box next to "Enable mouse pointer control from the keyboard." Go to the block "Keyboard shortcuts", put a tick on the line "Enable pointer control from the keyboard: alt=" Image "on the left + Shift on the left + NumLock". Activate the functions "Display warning …" and "Sound signal …".
Step 3
Move the mouse focus to the box below and adjust the Pointer Speed slider. If you still cannot say exactly what speed of movement you need, check the box "Ctrl - acceleration, Shift - decelerate acceleration". To save all changes, press the "Apply" and OK buttons.
Step 4
After these actions, an icon with the image of the mouse cursor should appear in the system tray. If it doesn't, press the keyboard shortcut indicated above, namely the left alt="Image" + Shift and NumLock. In the window that opens, click on the "Yes" button. In the same way, you can turn off mouse control from the keyboard.
Step 5
To control the mouse cursor, you must press the keys on the numeric keypad, i.e. if you have a combination numeric keypad, this feature will not be available for some laptop models. To move up, use the key with the number 8, down with the number 2, etc. As a rule, the direction of movement of the cursor is indicated on the keys themselves.
Step 6
To press the left mouse button, you must click on the number key. For right-clicking, use the Shift + F10 key combination or the "Context Menu" key located between alt="Image" and Ctrl.
