A computer configuration should be understood as a set of certain characteristics and components, such as: RAM, video card, sound card, motherboard, etc. Thus, the configuration is the most important criterion for choosing a laptop.
If we talk about the configuration of a laptop, then there are two main ways to choose: you can proceed from the amount you have and buy the best that you can afford, or you can meticulously study the characteristics of each model you are interested in. If you need high performance, a powerful processor and video card, the largest possible hard drive and so on, but at the same time you want to save money, then you will have to resort to the second method.
There are no particular difficulties here. Just pay attention to the following parameters when buying:
1) Type of processor (must be dual-core, no less): the best option is Intel Core 2 Duo.
2) The amount of RAM and hard drive (at least 4 GB and 250 GB, respectively. The maximum possible memory for a laptop hard drive - 1000 GB.).
3) Type of video card: they can be integrated, discrete and hybrid. Here the choice depends on the purpose of buying a laptop. Integrated is the simplest and cheapest type, gamblers need laptops with a discrete video card, and hybrid video cards, as the name implies, are an intermediate option.
4) The type of sound card. They are internal and external. Internal ones provide high quality sound and are purchased either by professionals or sophisticated music lovers; external - more common - sound cards are suitable for ordinary users who do not have special requirements for sound quality.
5) The presence of wireless adapters (if Wi-Fi is present in all models by default, then some manufacturers do not install Bluetooth).
6) A set of connectors (the more, the better).
7) The type of operating system (for beginners and ordinary Linux OS, who often flash Lenovo products, it can be complicated, so it is better to give preference to the widespread and familiar Windows OS).
