Make sure that the temperature does not exceed the norm during vigorous operation. Another likely cause of a mobile computer freezing is the presence of viruses or operating system problems. Install the latest version of the anti-virus program and update the database. Run a comprehensive scan of your system and hard drive. This process is time consuming, but it is usually quite effective. Clean the system registry of the mobile computer. To do this, use the CCleaner utility or a similar program to fix errors in the registry. Run it and select the "Registry" tab. Activate the scan of the system registry and click the "Fix" button after this process is complete. Check the power mode used. Right-click on the battery icon in the system tray and select "Power". Go to the Power Plan Settings menu and open advanced options. Disable all items related to stopping certain devices to save energy. Verify that the Maximum Processor Health is above 70%.
