Determine where the problem is located on the computer. Breakdowns associated with incorrect software operation are usually resolved by returning the operating system to its original state or to any of the previously created restore points. Most often, they manifest themselves in the "freezing" of the system, unstable operation of Windows and other components, as well as the system does not start when the computer is turned on.
Step 2
If you are having trouble with your sound device, find out if the problem is with the connected speaker or sound card. To do this, disconnect the speakers from the computer, and plug the headphones or other playback device into the corresponding connector. If sound still does not appear, check the device settings on your computer. Also try using a different player or opening a media file in a different format. Update or reinstall the device driver.
Step 3
If you have a problem with the image, check the condition of the wires between the monitor and the video adapter. If the computer is running and there is no image on the monitor, pay attention to the color of the LED on it when turning it on and off. If the problem is with the monitor, the lamp will glow dim orange. If everything is in order with the monitor or an inscription about the absence of an incoming signal appears on it, the problem is most likely in the video card.
Step 4
Try turning off your computer and dusting it with a hair dryer or vacuum cleaner. After cleaning, it is better to keep it off for a couple of hours, and then check if the image appears.
