The laziest muscles in humans are perhaps the muscles of the face. That is why they lose their elasticity earlier than others, sag. To firm up your skin, tighten and enlarge saggy cheeks, start with specific exercises that will strengthen your facial muscles, tighten your cheeks, and improve the overall condition of your facial skin. And the more regularly you exercise, the faster the result will be felt.
Instructions
Step 1
Inflate your cheeks strongly, then relax the muscles. Do 10-20 reps.
Step 2
Clench your hands into a fist, place them on top of one another and rest your chin on them. Try to simultaneously raise your chin with your hands and lower it, resisting the pressure of your hands.
Step 3
Take a full mouth of air, then puff out your cheeks and, as it were, roll the air inside the mouth, driving it under the lower, then under the upper lip, then into the right, then into the left cheek. Count to 30 and then release the air from your mouth. You can also use your tongue instead of air, running it around your mouth and massaging your teeth and gums.

Closing your mouth, close and open your teeth 10-12 times.
Step 5
To smooth the expression lines around your mouth, draw air into it and then exhale it as hard as possible. Repeat this exercise three times a day 15-20 times.
