The symptoms of this virus are manifested in the lack of access to some popular resources, such as: vkontakte.ru, mail.ru, yandex.ru and other sites. First, scan the system with an antivirus.
Step 2
Most likely, this operation will not bear any fruit, because the virus program has already created the required files, which are classified as system files. Open the My Computer menu by pressing the Win key and E.
Step 3
Change to the Windows directory. Open the System32 folder. Find the drivers directory in it and open it. Go to the etc. folder. Right-click on the host file and select "Open With". Open the specified file with Notepad.
Step 4
Examine the contents of the file. If it contains links to the above popular resources, just delete them. Save your changes to the file.

If this file does not contain anything suspicious, go to the properties of displaying files in folders. Activate the item "Show hidden and system files".
Step 6
Most likely, after that you will see another file called host. Open it with Notepad. Carry out the cleaning procedure described in the fourth step, or simply delete this file.
Step 7
Reboot your computer. Make sure the file is missing or does not contain unnecessary information. Connect to the Internet and try visiting previously inaccessible resources.
