Step 1
Open the folder with your network connections. To do this, click on the "Start" menu and select the "Connections" menu item, then open all available network connections. Open the properties of the current one (in any case, do not confuse it with "State"), go to the network tab and below you will see a small table of components. Click on the properties of the Internet Protocol by selecting it with the left mouse button.

In the window that appears, check the box next to the use of a specific IP address. Enter it manually and apply the changes. Be careful, this method is not reliable and may cause malfunctions in the Internet.

You can also change the IP address of your computer by reconnecting, to do this, click on the Internet connection icon in the tray field and select "Disconnect". It is best to do a local network disconnect as well. To do this, open the list of connections and disconnect the connection using the context menu.
Step 4
Remove the wire from your network card. Wait a few minutes, or best of all, restart your computer. After that, plug the wire back into the connection port of the network card, make a LAN connection, and check if the connection time and traffic count have dropped.
Step 5
To do this, look at the properties. If there is a new countdown, then you most likely have been assigned a new IP address. This method is convenient for those who have a dynamic IP configured, that is, for the majority of Internet users.
Step 6
If you have a static IP, download any convenient program for using proxy servers. Install it, find the server with it, remove the currently active ones and use one of them as a netmask to enter a resource that is inaccessible to you.
