Step 1
You can use general settings in Microsoft Office to change keyboard shortcuts. In any product of this package, hotkeys are used in full: any menu, any command can be invoked by pressing these keys. If this is not possible, you can add a keyboard shortcut to any command. For example, pressing alt="Image" + F will display the expanded File menu.
Step 2
To understand how these keyboard shortcuts work, just press the alt="Image" button on your keyboard and look at the top menu of any Microsoft Office program. You will see that each item in the top menu has changed one letter (became underlined) - this is the key to the action (press alt="Image" + underlined letter). All commands contained within any menu also adhere to this rule.
Step 3
To open the window for configuring keyboard shortcuts, click the top menu "Tools", then select "Settings". To pin the material described in this article, try the same action, only without a computer mouse. Press alt="Image" and look at the top menu, the letter "e" has become underlined in the name of the "Tools" menu. Therefore, you are required to press the keys alt="Image" + "e" (Cyrillic). The "Service" menu will open in front of you.
Step 4
In the same way, you can open any menus and run any commands. Press alt="Image" + "n", you will see a window for setting menus and hotkeys. It remains to learn how to change old or set new keyboard shortcuts.
Step 5
In the window that opens, click the "Keyboard" button. A new window will appear in front of you, which will contain absolutely all the commands used in this application. Select any command for which you want to change the keyboard shortcut or set a new value. The Current Combinations field will display the currently valid combinations. Move the cursor to the empty "New shortcut keys" field, press the desired key combination (it will appear in this field), then click the "Assign" button. You are now done setting up a keyboard shortcut for a specific command.
