Step 1

Specify the following CVARs to control resource management: - sv_allowdownload # - specify value 1 to download data on the client and value 0 to disable downloading; - sv_allowupload # - specify value 1 to allow uploading custom sprays to the server and value 0 to disable prohibition; - hpk_maxsize # - to limit the size of the spray downloads file. A value of 0 cancels the restrictions; - sv_downloadurl - to allow the use of another server for downloading data; - sv_filetransfercompression # - value 1 enables file compression, value 0 - disables; - sv_send_logos # - value 1 allows sending custom sprays; value 0 - prohibits.
