The Windows 8 operating system not only pleased with the speed of work, but also puzzled PC users by the absence of the classic "Start" button. Since the system is designed not only for computers and laptops, but also for tablets, the location of the button has changed somewhat.
Instructions
Step 1
To find the Start button in Windows 8, move your mouse to the upper or lower right corner of the monitor - a hidden panel will appear on which some functions are located.
Step 2
Select "Parameters", click the left mouse button. At the very bottom, you will see the familiar Start menu button in a slightly modified format.
Step 3
Press the "Shutdown" button and select the required function: "Sleep mode", "Shutdown" or "Restart". Before clicking, make sure that you have closed all the programs you used, otherwise they may be damaged and the documents will not be saved.
Step 4
Based on numerous complaints, the developers of the operating system plan to return the standard "Start" button to Windows 8, but when this will happen is not known.
