I was very unlucky, I installed this Baidu along with some program (the antivirus came in a trailer, as it turned out later). I deleted it three times, it was restored again. The fight against the antivirus continued for a week until this muck completely disappeared from the laptop. Be patient, it will come in handy.
Instructions
Step 1
Because of Baidu, the system starts to hang hard, and in general, I don't like it when unknown and unnecessary programs clog up memory. First of all, we go into safe mode. How to do it, I wrote earlier. I will say right away that for some of your actions, the computer will deny you access. It's okay, just go to the next step.
Before starting a war with the "baida", we make hidden files and folders visible. We go into the service, then in the folder parameters and in the "view" tab, check the "Show hidden files and folders" checkbox.
Step 2
Hover the mouse arrow over the panel, right-click and call the task manager. We complete all processes in which there are Chinese characters. To do this, right-click on the line with the process, confirm completion. In safe mode, there may be no such processes, nothing, go ahead.
Step 3
In the search, we enter Baidu and delete all folders and files that our long-suffering computer finds for us. Not deleted? We try to rename the folder (we just remember how we renamed it) and again try to delete it. Once again, manually check the following folders and delete everything that has not been deleted:
C: / Program Files / Baidu
C: / Program Files / Common Files / Baidu
C: / ProgramData / Baidu
Step 4
Next, press Win + R, enter regedit in the window, edit tab, select "find", write Baidu again, press "find next" and delete all found Baidu. We delete only the "baidu", otherwise it will not work out very well. You can try to copy the name of the program itself in Chinese (I got it in the "start" menu, copied it from there).
After that, we launch СCleaner, clean the computer, clean the trash, clean the temporary files again (how to do this - I wrote in the last article), reboot and start over again - delete the previously renamed folders, repeat everything again. It didn't help me right away, but all the same, this muck disappeared.
