Bluetooth is a wireless communication protocol between electronic devices that support this type of communication. Using Bluetooth, you can transfer various files for free, as well as maintain a connection between devices that are within a distance of no more than 30 m.

Step 1
The standard set of the Bluetooth USB adapter kit includes a CD with installation drivers and the Bluetooth USB itself, which looks like a USB memory stick.
Step 2
When you connect Bluetooth for the first time, you need to install a driver that adapts the computer to this type of device. To do this, take out the disc that comes with the USB adapter and insert it into your computer's floppy drive. The system will automatically detect the new boot disk and ask for permission to install new hardware. Click OK and continue downloading the program.
Step 3
Each step of downloading the installation files requires the consent of the computer administrator. An experienced user can change the standard settings of the program, adapting it to their preferences. However, if you are not skilled enough in adjusting the functions of your computer, select the automatic installation of the driver according to the recommendations of the system. To do this, at each next step, agree with the choice of the system by pressing the "Next" and OK buttons.
Step 4
You will have to wait a few minutes before the system completes the installation of the program. A notification about the successful installation of the driver will appear on your computer monitor. When the new program finishes loading, most systems require a reboot. Agree to it. After that, the Bluetooth program will start working on the computer.
Step 5
After rebooting, remove the disc from the drive. Be sure to save it!
Step 6
Insert the Bluetooth device into a USB port on your computer. The system will automatically detect the new device and start working with it. Double-click the Bluetooth shortcut on your computer, and the adapter will start searching for devices available for Bluetooth communication. Turn on Bluetooth visibility on your phone if you want to pair it with your computer.
Step 7
On a new connection, you will need to enter a password to ensure the security of the devices. If a special code is not set on your computer or phone, then enter the same number in the confirmation fields of both gadgets, for example, 1111.
Step 8
When you are finished working with Bluetooth, close access to this communication protocol to ensure security. Remove the Bluetooth USB adapter from the computer until the next session.
