An electronic presentation is a very convenient tool for demonstrating information about an enterprise, goods, services on a large screen for an auditorium or audience. The use of flash technology in the presentation will make it even more interactive.
Necessary
- - computer with internet;
- - Power Point software;
- - file flash.
Instructions
Step 1
Use the dedicated Ispring plugin for Microsoft Power Point, which allows you to add Flash to your presentation. You can download it from the following link https://www.ispringsolutions.com/download/ispring_pro_ru_5_7_0_3019.msi. Install the plugin, then open the presentation and insert the flash onto the slide.
Step 2
Select the desired slide to insert the flash object, then select the menu "View" - "Toolbars", turn on "Controls". Then select "More Items". Select Shockwave Flash Object from the list of available objects. Click where you want to place Flash on the slide.
Step 3
Resize the movie with the mouse cursor. Call the context menu on the object, select "Properties". Go to the Movie field, in it specify the full path to the flash file. Specify either a path on a computer or a link on the Internet.
Step 4
Paste the Flash Object into your Power Point 2007 and later presentation. Open the presentation file, select the desired slide. In the upper left corner, click on the Microsoft Office button, select PowerPoint Options. Go to the General tab, check the Show Developer tab in it.
Step 5
Next, on the menu bar, select "Developer", click in the "Controls" section on the "Other element" button. Select the name Shockwave Flash Object from the available objects, use the mouse cursor to set the desired size for it. Similar to the previous step, specify the path to the added flash file.
Step 6
Set special options to customize the playback of the Flash movie in the presentation. In order for it to start playing automatically when the slide starts, set the Playing property to True. If it will be played by the user, select Falce. To embed the file into the presentation, set the Embed Movie parameter to True.
