QIP is an easy-to-use ICQ communication program. According to the needs of the user, QIP allows you to change the settings if necessary. For the beauty and convenience of the interface, you can also change the appearance of the program.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the main window of the queue - a list of your contacts. In the top line (on the taskbar), click on the button with a wrench - these are the program settings. In the window that opens, there will be a list of settings sections on the left. Select the "Skins / Icons" section. The window that opens will show you which skins are selected by your program by default. Click "Load More" and you will be automatically taken to the site https://qip.ru/. Find the button to go to the "Skins for QIP" section and click on it. You can also just follow the link https://qip.ru/skins. In the sections presented, choose skin themes that are close to you. Having decided on the theme, click on it with the left mouse button
Step 2
Choose your favorite skins. By clicking on them with the mouse, you can take a closer look at the pictures of windows, the interface of the skin on all windows of the program. In the open window of the selected skin, click on the link to download the file. You can download the skin in the archive or in a separate installation file. Select the download location: this should be the qip program folder. By default, it is located at: C, Program Files, QIP. Save skins in a special Skins folder.
Step 3
After your browser has finished downloading files, open the Skins folder where you saved the download. If you downloaded the archive, then unzip it. Double click on the shortcut to install skins. Agree with each step chosen by the system by clicking "OK" and "Next". The program will install the skins by itself. At the end of the installation, you will see that now the name of this skin will appear in the list of queues.
Step 4
In the queue settings window, find the list of skins saved on your computer. Press the down arrow in the special field and scroll through the names of the available types of program design. Select the one you like and in the settings window click "Apply" and "OK".
Step 5
Close the quip program and start it again after a couple of minutes. This will activate the new settings.
