Internet messengers are used every day today and their design sometimes becomes familiar and even mundane. To change the design, you can use the so-called skins (skin from English translates as skin or leather), which are available on specialized sites.

Instructions
Step 1
The very first icq client, which was used by almost all users, is the ICQ program. Installing a skin for this utility, as well as for other Internet messengers, is quite simple. You need to go to the following link https://www.oformi.net. On the main page, you will be presented with categories of programs for which there are themes.
Step 2
Go to the "Skins" section and select the "Skins for ICQ" section. On the loaded page, select any skin and click the "Details / download" button. For example, you are interested in the Black Jail theme. On the download page, click the "Download: Black Jail" link and in the window that opens, select the "Save" option, then click the "OK" button and specify the folder to save.
Step 3
Open the C: Program FilesICQPackages folder. Unpack the contents of the archive into it and launch ICQ. Click the program menu and select "Settings". In the window that opens, go to the "Design" tab and select the "Design Schemes" subsection. Select Black Jail from the list of themes and click Close.
Step 4
The procedure for finding and downloading a skin for other clients is identical, you just need to select a program category and download it to your computer. For the QIP Infium utility, the contents of the archive must be unpacked to the C: Program FilesQIP Infium folder. After starting the program, click the menu and select the "Settings" item. In the window that opens, go to the "Interface" tab, select a new skin and click the "Apply" button.
Step 5
For the Miranda program, the contents of the archive must be unpacked into the C: / Program Files / Miranda im / Skins folder. After starting the program, click the menu and select the "Fine-tuning" option, go to the "Skin list" item. Select a new skin and click the "Apply" button.
