It is not for nothing that a computer is called personal, that is, conceived for one specific user, under whose habits and needs it should be ideally adjusted. By default, one user has administrator rights - that is, he can work with any folders, documents and programs, as well as make changes to the configuration of the computer.
Instructions
Step 1
To change the user, first create another independent configuration on your machine. Open the Control Panel and select the "User Accounts" section. Click the mouse on the line Create an account by launching a special program - the "wizard", which will tell you all the necessary actions that you need to perform step by step.
Step 2
Pick a new username and you can do that without any extra advice. Then click the Next button, you will see a new menu in which you must determine what rights the new user will have. Variants of rights: with the rights of the Administrator, the user can make any kind of changes to the computer; a user with a Restricted recording is practically powerless - he only works with public folders and he will not always be able to even install the program on his own.
Step 3
Click the Create button, you will complete the account creation procedure. Now reboot the operating system, you will see a special Welcome window, decorated with icons corresponding to the accounts you created. By clicking on this or that icon, you can change this or that user.
